MOTIONGATE
Mycotoo was hired to design, manage and oversee the development and strategic planning of Motiongate, a global studio theme park in Dubai, UAE. This included the development of 23 Attractions by overseeing 80+ design professionals and 10 global studio properties from DreamWorks, Smurfs and Sony, all in 24 months.
Mycotoo led the Master Planning, Concept Development, Schematic Design & Design Development of the overall park and held various production roles including Executive Producer, Lead Producer, Lead Master Planner and Land Producer.
One of the lands in the park is the Dreamworks Animation Zone, which is now a THEA award-winning experience that features distinct indoor attractions, interactives and themed environments from Dreamworks’ How to Train Your Dragon, Kung Fu Panda, Shrek and Madagascar.
