Mycotoo’s Chief Development Officer – Fri Forjindam sat down with Prince’s Paisley Park Executive Director – Alan Seiffert to discuss the ambitious collaboration and transformation of Paisley Park’s Guest Experience, along with other exciting new projects as part of Blooloop’s first ever V-Expo.  On what he was drawn to at Paisley Park, Seiffert said: “One of the things about Paisley Park is it’s not really a traditional museum space, it’s not just about artifacts and making sure they don’t get dusty.”

This multidisciplinary collaboration was focused on how to enhance the guest experience at Paisley Park through the tour, live event program and concert series.

As part of the Tour, guests will be excited to see a prominently featured, iconic expression of Prince’s purple Love Symbol. This recognizable sculpture sets the tone for new and returning visitors.  Inside, a new Foundation Room experience that highlights Prince’s early success told through archival images, footage, music and narration. The Sound stage, is a multimedia celebration of live performance from Prince’s vault with an imaginative display of never before seen artifacts.

They explore the challenges and aspirations of re-imagining a non-traditional venue for the 21st century, adapting to COVID crisis, and the responsibility of authenticity when handling a global brand that is Prince.
